Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille, between La Joliette and Le Panier, in our 42 m2 one-bedroom apartment with balcony and private parking. Waterfront 200 meters away. Mucem 10 min walk.
Space
Our 42 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of Rue Mazenod, with elevator, comprises a living space that has been carefully designed and furnished. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a large balcony where you can enjoy your first Marseilles coffee in peace and quiet, overlooking the building's patio.
The night space features a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
A private parking space is included.
You'll appreciate its location in the heart of the Joliette district, less than 2 minutes' walk from the historic Panier district and 10 minutes' walk from Marseille's Old Port.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, shops and cafés are all within easy reach of the apartment (Terrasses du Port, Mucem, Les Docks, etc.).
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
