Stay in the heart of downtown Marseille, in the Camas district, in this spacious former bourgeois apartment, tastefully renovated by Anne-Claire. You'll appreciate the spaciousness, high ceilings and light!
Space
Our 60 m2 apartment on Boulevard Georges Clemenceau, 1st floor (no elevator), features a living space that's been lovingly furnished. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a loggia opening onto a quiet interior island. There's also an office area where you can work with peace of mind.
The sleeping area features a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
In the living room, the sofa converts into a sofa-bed for 2.
You'll appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille, close to public transport (bus, metro, streetcar).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, shops and cafés are all close by.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen and towels, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 150

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated between the Longchamp and Camas districts, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport. The atmosphere is serene: cinemas, schools, convenience stores and small supermarkets keep the neighborhood lively during the day and extremely quiet in the evening. Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Cinq Avenues Longchamp metro station is less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. You can visit the Old Port (15 min by streetcar), museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini), Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. You can do your shopping at Place Sébastopol, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
