Stay in Virginie and Thierry's home in Marseille, just a stone's throw from the main roads. The house offers 2 bedrooms, a terrace overlooking a wooded garden. Relax in the garden and soak up the Marseille sunshine.
Space
The house, affectionately known as the Cabanon, is a typical Marseille house of 67 m2 located on Rue Roux de Corse, in the Chartreux district. It's the ideal place to relax or enjoy Marseille with your family.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you'll need to cook up a storm! The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you can relax around the TV. A bathroom with shower is also available.
An enclosed veranda completes the first floor, overlooking the Mediterranean garden and terrace. The terrace, with its garden furniture and barbecue, is ideal for enjoying sunny days!
Upstairs, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower), as well as storage space.
The second bedroom has a double bed for 2 people and storage space.
The house is equipped with an alarm system.
The house also offers parking for 2 full-size cars.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 200

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Nearby you'll find the Dôme de Marseille, famous for its concerts and shows, the headquarters of the Hôtel du Département and Beauregard Hospital. Thanks to its parking space, this is an ideal location for cars, as Marseille's main roads are in the immediate vicinity. Downtown Marseille can be reached by car, bus or metro. Shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's, pharmacy) are just a 10-minute walk away in the Montolivet district.
