Space
Our 65 m2 apartment on Rue de la Paix Marcel Paul is on the 3rd and top floor of a Marseille building with no elevator. Thanks to its many windows, it's particularly bright, making it the ideal base for exploring Marseille!
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a dining table, lounge and TV.
The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and storage space.
The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and storage space.
The bathroom has a brand-new walk-in shower!
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 5 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port (2 min. walk).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants (Halles du Vieux-Port 1 min walk away) and shops (Lidl 50 m away) are just down the street from the apartment.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen and towels for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus just 5 min away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (the Catalans beach is a 15-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 1-minute walk from our accommodation, offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars for a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs (Lidl is just 50 meters away!).
