Stay in the heart of Marseille in this 38 m2 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people, ideally located between the Old Port and Cours Julien, with the metro just a 4-minute walk away. The apartment was completely refurbished at the end of 2022.
Space
Our 38 m2 apartment on Rue Jean Roque, 2nd floor of a Marseille building without elevator. Particularly bright thanks to its sunny exposure, it's the ideal pied-à-terre for exploring Marseille!
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining table and a lounge for relaxing.
The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The second bedroom has two single beds and storage space.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 4 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port (8 min. walk) and Cours Julien (2 min. walk).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, cafés and shops are just down the street from the apartment. The Cours Julien district is home to many restaurants.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus less than 5 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles is just a 2-minute walk from our accommodation, and offers a wide range of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
