Stay in the heart of Marseille in this bright 25 m2 studio with 1 bedroom and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of Marseille. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away. Streetcar and metro at the bottom of the building. Ideal for 2 people.
Space
Our 25 m2 apartment is located on rue François Moisson, on the 6th floor with elevator of a recent residence, and benefits from a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view of Marseille and the Ports. Particularly bright and quiet, it's the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille!
The apartment comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room and a large terrace offering a magnificent view over Marseille and the Joliette district.
The sleeping area comprises a corner bedroom with a double bed.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment (Rue de la République is 50 meters away).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide all the household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port (10 min walk), this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (tramway and bus 150 meters away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit Marseille's main museums on foot (Mucem is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Cantini Museum and the Palais du Pharo), and discover the city's colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. On the famous Rue de la République, close to our home, you'll find numerous restaurants (Splendido) and bars where you can have a good time, as well as a wide range of shops (Les Terrasses du Port shopping center, 5 min walk away) and boutiques (Monoprix, 50 m away).
