Stay in the heart of Marseille in this 37 m2 1-bedroom apartment located less than 1 min walk from the Catalans beach and its sublime sunset! The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away. Conveniences in the immediate vicinity.
Space
Our 37 m2 apartment is located on rue Papety, on the 7th floor with elevator of a multi-family building. Particularly quiet, it's the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille!
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa in the living room.
You'll have all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants (Les Akolytes, Chez Michel) and shops (Petit Casino, Carrefour) are within easy reach of the apartment.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
