This 47 m2 apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the garden of a luxury residence on Avenue de Saint-Just, in the heart of the Chartreux district and close to all major roads. The apartment is ideal both for travelers with a car and for those who want to discover Marseille with direct access to the metro: Marseille's Vieux-Port is 20 minutes away. The Dome de Marseille concert hall is just 200 m away!
The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room. The apartment is remarkably well exposed. On sunny days, you can relax on the sunny terrace.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.
The sofa in the living room converts into a very comfortable sofa bed and can accommodate 2 travelers.
Parking is available in a closed underground garage.
The apartment is located in a private, secure, gated estate.
On sunny days, you can take advantage of the residence's large swimming pool, reserved exclusively for residents. The pool is open from May 15 to September 15.
To make sure you receive the best possible welcome, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
Neighborhood
Close to the apartment, you'll find the Dôme de Marseille, famous for its concerts and shows, the headquarters of the Hôtel du Département and Beauregard Hospital. Thanks to its parking space, the apartment's location is ideal for cars, as Marseille's main roads are in the immediate vicinity. Downtown Marseille can be reached by car, bus or metro. Shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's, pharmacy) are just a 10-minute walk away in the Chartreux district. Opening in 2022, the Tiers Lab des Transitions (dedicated to social, digital and ecological innovations) is located close to the apartment, in the heart of a large wooded park.
