Space
Our tastefully renovated 70 m2 apartment is located on Rue Venture, on the 5th and top floor with elevator of a beautiful old building. The bright apartment is ideal for working or relaxing during your stay in Marseille. Rue Venture is a traffic-free pedestrian street, less than 5 minutes' walk from the Vieux Port. From the kitchen and living room, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of Notre Dame de la Garde!
The apartment features a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and office area, ideal for telecommuting!
The tastefully designed kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you'll need for cooking during your stay. A large wooden table for six is available for your meals.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, storage space and air conditioning,
- a second bedroom with a double bed, storage space and air-conditioning,
- a third mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The apartment features a second bathroom with shower-bathtub and a second separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot/cold).
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of the Old Port, Cours Julien, the Panier district and Gare Saint-Charles.

A small elevator, accommodating one person at a time, is available from the building's second floor.
The apartment is not suitable for disabled people.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

The building's elevator is small: it can hold one person at a time.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its lively nightlife and culture, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
