Stay in Marseille on the famous boulevard Michelet in this 63 m2 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people in a luxury residence. You'll enjoy a large, sunny balcony and a parking space.
Space
Our 63 m2 apartment is located on boulevard Michelet, near the Obélisque de Mazargues, on the 1st floor with elevator of a new luxury residence. Entirely new, the apartment boasts excellent amenities, including a south-facing balcony of almost 12 m2. The Stade Vélodrome is a 5-minute bus ride away, and the Old Port a 15-minute drive.
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room with a table for 4, and a sitting area with a coffee table, card games and board games. Numerous tourist brochures are available under the TV cabinet.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with two double beds.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
A closed garage box in the residence's underground parking lot is available with the rental.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close by.
To make sure you get the best possible welcome, we provide all the household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
