Located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Marseille, just 900 meters from the Catalans beach and 1.3 km from the Prophets beach, this superb 165 m2 villa is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation in Marseille. Nestled in a quiet, secure environment, the villa boasts a private swimming pool and parking for your vehicle in complete peace and quiet.
The house is fully equipped with quality furnishings, including a home cinema, Sonos system, fiber broadband internet, barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer and much more.
The sleeping area comprises 3 large bedrooms with double beds (200x200), each with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub. All bedrooms also feature dressing rooms or fitted closets.
Two adjoining parking spaces are available, including a box and a covered parking space.
All local shops are within walking distance, including delicatessens, a cheese maker, butchers, greengrocers, a cellar, a pharmacy and a grocery store.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
