Stay in the heart of Marseille in this beautiful 120 m2 air-conditioned apartment with a south-facing terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Old Port! It's the ideal cocoon for discovering Marseille! Bus, metro, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Space
Our 120 m2 apartment is located on Place aux Huiles, on the 5th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. Completely renovated in 2023, the apartment boasts excellent amenities and probably the best 180-degree view of Marseille's Old Port!

Thanks to its triple exposure and large bay windows, the apartment is exceptionally bright all day long. You can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun on a balcony and end your day with a sunset with the Palais du Pharo and the sea as a backdrop!

The apartment
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room with dining table and sitting area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for warm summer days.

The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, air conditioning and storage space.
- a second bedroom with a double bed for 2, air-conditioning and storage space.
- a third bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and air conditioning.

The first bathroom has a marble walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Adjoining WC.

Pay parking is available less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment (Indigo Estienne d'Orves).

You'll have all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close by.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen and towels for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 500

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille on the Vieux-Port (1 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles and its many bars and restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away. The Cours Julien, with its dynamic nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as many shops for your shopping needs.
