Stay right on the seafront, a few steps from the beaches and the Corniche, in our 38 m2 air-conditioned studio with a top-floor terrace offering unobstructed views of the sea and the horizon! It's the ideal base for discovering Marseille!
Space
Our large 38 m2 studio is located on the 5th and top floor with elevator of a small, quiet and secure building. Fully equipped and furnished, it will offer you all the comfort you need during your stay in Marseille. Ideally located close to Plage du David and less than 5 minutes by public transport from Rond du Prado and Stade Orange Vélodrome.
You'll enjoy a magnificent south-facing terrace for breakfast in the sun, with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea!
The kitchen area is fully equipped for cooking your best dishes during your stay in Marseille.
The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed for 2 people. A walk-in wardrobe is also available.
You'll also enjoy a bathroom with a bathtub, vanity unit and integrated toilet.
An office is available for telecommuting. The apartment is air-conditioned.
If you have a car, free parking is available in the vicinity of our residence. Otherwise, a paid parking lot (Parking Marseille Palm Beach P1 - EFFIA) is a 5-minute walk away.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Near our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
