Space
Our 22 m2 studio is located on rue de la Palud, on the 5th and top floor (no elevator) of a Marseille building. You'll enjoy a private terrace, sunny all day long and absolutely quiet, for breakfast, coffee or reading a book. The terrace is tastefully decorated and guarantees a moment of absolute relaxation!
The accommodation comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining table.
The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed for 2, with storage space and a dressing room.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and integrated toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 4 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port and Cours Julien (5 min. walk). Pay parking (Parking Indigo Marseille Charles De Gaulle) is a 5-minute walk away.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants, cafés and shops are just down the street from the apartment. The Cours Julien district is home to many restaurants.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille, in the popular Noailles district, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus less than 5 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. On the Cours Julien, just a 5-minute walk from our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars where you can have a good time, as well as numerous shops where you can do your shopping.
