Our 103 m2 luxury apartment is located on the famous Avenue du Prado, on the 4th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The apartment's balconies offer triple exposure and unobstructed views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for cooler weather. Its location is ideal for discovering Marseille, just a 1-minute walk from the Périer metro station and a 15-minute walk from the Stade Vélodrome stadium.
Tastefully renovated, the apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. You can relax in the living room with armchairs and sofas. An office area (open to the living room) is available for teleworking.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and an adjoining shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet;
- a second bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 1 min walk) and within easy reach of Place Castellane (10 min walk) and the Stade Velodrome (15 min walk). Pay parking (Parking Indigo Marseille Prado Perier) is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide all the household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
