Our 22 m2 apartment is located on rue Michel Mérino, on the first floor of an old building. It's bright and airy, making it an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. The apartment was tastefully renovated in 2023. The Baille metro station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Place Castellane is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining table. The apartment is air-conditioned.
The sleeping area comprises a double bed and storage space.
The bathroom has a shower with vanity unit and WC.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of Place Castellane, the Baille metro station and Marseille's main hospitals (Conception and Timone). The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

The Cours Julien, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
