Space
Our 55 m2 apartment is located on rue Lemaitre, on the first floor of an old building. It's bright and airy, making it an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. The apartment is air-conditioned. A quiet patio is also available. The Marseille Saint-Charles TGV train station is less than a 5-minute walk away. Tramway and metro less than 5 min away. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away.
Renovated in 2023 by an interior designer, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with sofa and dining area. The apartment has been tastefully decorated.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space ;
- a second bedroom with a double bed, storage space and an office area for quiet teleworking.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of Gare Saint-Charles and the Longchamp district.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, shops and cafés are just down the street.
To make sure you get the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located close to the Gare Saint-Charles and the Palais Longchamp, our location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Old Port is less than 15 minutes away by streetcar. You can walk to museums (Mucem, Cantini), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. Boulevard Longchamp, with its vibrant nightlife and cultural scene, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
