Located in the heart of the Joliette business district, our 46 m2 apartment is on rue de Ruffi, on the 12th floor with elevator of a recent building. Thanks to its large windows and spacious layout, the apartment benefits from plenty of natural light! You'll enjoy a lovely terrace with an unobstructed view of the neighborhood in full transformation!
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table and sitting area.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for 2 people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
An underground parking space is included.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close to the apartment. The CMA CGM Tower is 5 minutes away. Les Terrasses du Port shopping center is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Le Silo concert hall is 10 minutes away. The Arenc Euroméditerranée SNCF train station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, allowing you to explore the Côte Bleue (Niolon creeks, Ensues, etc.).
To give you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

The La Joliette district is currently undergoing renovation, with the construction of new buildings and the extension of the tramway network. Several cranes are in the vicinity of the apartment and may obstruct the view from the terrace. However, once inside, the double-glazing makes the apartment very quiet during the day. The terrace is pleasant in the morning or evening, outside construction hours.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 200

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
