Stay less than 5 minutes' walk from Marseille's Old Port in this bright, tastefully renovated 75 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6). It's the ideal base for exploring Marseille! Streetcar at the bottom of the building.
Space
Our tastefully renovated 75 m2 apartment is located on Rue de Rome, on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful old building. The bright apartment is ideal for working or relaxing during your stay in Marseille. Rue de Rome is a pedestrian street with a tramway line, allowing you to reach the Vieux Port in less than 5 minutes on foot or to discover Marseille easily.
The apartment comprises a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room is bright and airy. Tastefully designed, the kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: you'll enjoy all the utensils you need to cook during your stay. A large wooden table for six is available for your meals.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a third bedroom with two single beds and storage space.
A bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of the Old Port, Cours Julien, the Panier district and Gare Saint-Charles.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 50

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, between the Vieux-Port (5 min), the Opéra (1 min) and the Préfecture (4 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its lively nightlife and culture, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
