Stay in the heart of Marseille in this beautiful 60 m2 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people, ideally located on the Canebière, next to the Old Port, with the metro just a 1-minute walk away. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023.
Space
Our 60 m2 apartment on La Canebière, on the 8th floor with elevator of a Pouillon building classified as a historic monument by the City of Marseille. Its exceptional location, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, makes this recently renovated apartment the ideal base for exploring Marseille!
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a sitting area for relaxing or teleworking. A sublime south-facing terrace awaits you for unobstructed sunbathing in the Marseille sunshine! A magnificent view of Notre Dame de la Garde awaits you!
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to public transport (metro 1 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port (5 min. walk) and Cours Julien (10 min. walk).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, cafés and shops are just down the street from the apartment. The Vieux-Port and Cours Julien districts are home to numerous restaurants.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated right on the famous Canabière, a stone's throw from Marseille's Old Port, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles / Cours Etienne d'Orves, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
