Space
Our 120 m2 villa is located on Boulevard des Fauvettes (13011). In absolute peace and quiet, the apartment is bright and airy, making it an ideal place to work or relax during your stay in the area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Less than 5 minutes from the shops of La Valentine, the villa is the ideal base for exploring the region: Marseille is 15 minutes away, and the Calanques and the picturesque village of Cassis are 20 minutes away. The Golf de La Salette is 10 min away. You can also go hiking in the Marcel Pagnol hills.
Completely renovated in 2023 by an interior designer, the villa boasts a range of superb features. On the first floor, the villa features a beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a lovely sitting room with a sofa and a dining table. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated. You'll appreciate the quality of the finishes and its modern style. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely sunny terrace with garden furniture for relaxing.
The sleeping area comprises
- first floor: first bedroom with double bed and storage space,
- 1st floor: a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- 1st floor: a third bedroom with two single beds and storage space.
The villa has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and WC on the first floor and a second with shower and WC on the 1st floor.
Vehicle parking is possible within the property (access gate).
All the comforts you need for a great stay! Ideal location to combine the pleasures of the beaches with those of the hinterland. Less than 10 minutes by car from local markets in Allauch and Aubagne, hypermarkets and shopping malls.
To give you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
