Space
Our 100 m2 apartment is located on Avenue de la Corse, on the 14th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. The apartment is exceptionally bright and offers a breathtaking view of the horizon, the port of Marseille, the Iles du Frioul and the Mediterranean Sea. It's the ideal place to work or relax during your stay in Marseille. The apartment is air-conditioned. The famous Catalan beach is a 1-minute walk away. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment, renovated in 2023 by an interior designer, features a beautiful living room opening onto a large balcony with an incredible view of the horizon, the Iles du Frioul and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has been tastefully decorated. You'll appreciate the quality of the finishes. The living room features a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and dining table. Both balconies are accessible from the living room.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a relaxing King Size double bed opening onto a balcony and storage space,
- a second bedroom with two single beds and storage space,
- a third bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, including 1 bathroom with shower accessible via the third bedroom.
The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and the famous Catalans beach, 5 min from the Palais du Pharo and 10 min on foot from Marseille's Old Port.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, shops and cafés are just down the street on Place du 4 septembre.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
