Stay in the heart of Marseille, 2 minutes from the Old Port, in this bright, well-equipped apartment. It's centrally located for exploring the city. Ideal for 2 people and telecommuting. Metro and Vieux-Port 5 min walk away.
Space
Our studio, located on Rue de la Paix Marcel Paul on the 4th floor with elevator of a semi-recent building, comprises a living space entirely furnished with care. This apartment is in excellent condition and offers a high level of service. It's the ideal pied-à-terre for discovering Marseille!
For sleeping, the convertible sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable 2-seater bed.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet.
An office area is available for work (Palais de Justice in the immediate vicinity).
The location is also ideal for public transport: 5 min walk from the metro to the Orange Velodrome stadium (15 min), Mucem, Prado beaches, Notre Dame de la Garde (15 min walk), Catalans beach and Corniche (15 min), etc.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille vacation! Restaurants and cafés (on the Place aux Huiles) as well as shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery) are close to the apartment.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus just 5 min away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (the Catalans beach is a 15-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 1-minute walk from our accommodation, offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars for a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs (Lidl is just 50 meters away!).
