Space
Our 100 m2 apartment is located on Place Mignard, on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a semi-recent building. The bright apartment is ideal for working or relaxing on the balcony during your stay in Marseille. The Marseille Saint-Charles TGV train station is less than 25 minutes away by metro. The metro (15 min) and bus (5 min) are within easy reach. Stade Vélodrome 10 min away. Beaches 15 min away.
The apartment features a beautiful living room with a separate, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with armchairs and a large dining table. The apartment has been tastefully decorated. You'll appreciate the quality of the finishes.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a third bedroom with a single bed and storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and vanity unit.

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. What's more, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located close to the famous Stade Vélodrome (10 min walk), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus and metro in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs. The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 10-minute walk away.
