Located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Marseille, just 500 meters from the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde and 1.3 km from the Plage des Prophètes, this superb 200 m2 villa is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation in Marseille. Nestled in a quiet, secure environment, the villa boasts a private swimming pool (10x3.5), as well as parking for your vehicle in this residential area.
The house is fully equipped with quality furnishings, a plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer and much more. The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
On the 1st floor, the sleeping area comprises 4 large bedrooms (1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and bathtub, vanity unit and integrated toilet. All bedrooms also feature dressing rooms or fitted closets.
Parking for 2 full-size cars (or 3 small city cars).
All local shops are within walking distance, including delicatessens, a cheese maker, butchers, greengrocers, a cellar, a pharmacy and a grocery store.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
