The house is located in the quiet village Kadumi and offers a panoramic view of the vineyards. There are other holiday homes in the neighbourhood, the nearest shop is 3 km away and a restaurant is only 300 m away.
Villa Pedena offers its guests in its enclosed garden of 1000 sqm a swimming pool of 50 sqm, jacuzzi, 8 sun loungers, parasol, summer kitchen with outdoor dining table and 2 parking spaces.
The house is suitable for 8 people, has a living area of 180 sqm on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom. The second floor of the house has a sauna with en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
NOTICE: The swimming pool can be heated until 1st November and from 1st May.
Charging of electric cars is possible with prior notice. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
