Pleasant, quiet 30m² studio overlooking a courtyard, 200m from the sandy beach, a stone's throw from the town center, stores and restaurants (5-minute walk) and several supermarkets.

The apartment is located in the center of Juan les Pins, just a few minutes' walk from all amenities. It is located in a secure residence.

Right in the heart of the city, you can do it all on foot and even go as far as the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you'll find private beaches and nature reserves.
You're in a lively yet peaceful neighborhood. In summer, you can browse the boutiques, which open later in the evening so you can enjoy them after dinner. There are also private beaches with restaurants just a stone's throw from the apartment.
Transit
To get to the apartment :
- You can take the train and stop at the Juan les pins SNCF station, which is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can also take the Antibes exit on the A8 freeway, which is 20 minutes from the apartment.
- If you're coming from the airport, the apartment is a 20-30 minute drive away.
Notes
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.
Linen and towels are included in your reservation, depending on the number of guests.
A change of sheets or a cleaning service during your stay is possible. Please contact our team for a quote.
1 tea towel, 1 bath mat, 1 toilet roll and soap samples are available on arrival.
