Stay in this beautifully renovated, air-conditioned apartment, ideal for 4 people, in the heart of the family-friendly Vauban district, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Old Port and the metro. It's the ideal base for discovering Marseille!
Space
Our 55 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Marseille building with no elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated by an interior designer, and features a range of very high quality fittings. Particularly bright, it's the ideal base for exploring Marseille!
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining table and a sitting area for relaxing.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity unit with mirror and toilet.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 8 min. walk) and within easy reach of the Old Port (10 min. walk). The Palais du Pharo and Plage des Catalans are a 20/25 min walk away!
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille vacation! Restaurants (Halles du Vieux-Port 10 min walk away) and shops (bakery, wine shop and supermarket 200 m away) are all within easy reach.
Please note: The accommodation is available with a mobility lease for a period of 1 to 10 months (student, employee in training, employee on professional mobility) between November and April OR as a short-term rental between May and October.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 500

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus stop at the foot of the building and metro 10 min walk away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. Walk to museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches (Plage des Catalans is a 25-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 10-minute walk from our accommodation, with its many restaurants (Le Grand Guste / Ourea 5 minutes on foot) and bars (Copperbay Marseille 500 meters away) to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for shopping (Boulangerie Notre Dame and Monoprix supermarket 200 meters away!).
