Space
Our 48 m2 apartment is located Cours Jean Ballard, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an old building. Entirely renovated, the apartment offers excellent amenities just a few meters from Marseille's Old Port.
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room with a dining table and a sitting area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for those warm summer days.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit.
Pay parking is available less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment (Indigo Marseille Charles de Gaulle).
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants and shops are close by.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille on the Vieux-Port (1 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. The Place aux Huiles and its many bars and restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away. The Cours Julien, with its dynamic nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as many shops for your shopping needs.
