Villa Lašići, comfortable stone villa with pool located in the village Vrh Lasici near Vizinada.
The house was built and furnished in 2014 and it is fully air-conditioned. This house distinguishes by its simplicity and delicacy through its earthly colours. On the enclosed property of 750 sqm at the guests disposal are an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, fireplace, parking and an enclosed garden which abounds with local flowers and spices.
Villa for 6 guests with a total living area of approximately 150 sqm situated on two floors. on the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen and large dining table with access to the terrace, bedroom with a private shower/toilet and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private shower/toilet and access to the balcony.
NOTE: THE HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
