Villa Onit is a newly built holiday home with swimming pool and stunning panoramic view.
The house is in the place Filipi near Vizinada where you can find a shop, cafe, rural households, a few wine and olive oil roads. Parenzana, once a famous railway and today a lovely bike and hike route goes through Vizinada. The house is set on partially enclosed property with view of the hills of central Istria and in the surrounding you can also find domestic animals. Villa Onit has a swimming pool of 32 sqm, terrace with barbecue and table for outdoor dining and parking space.
Holiday home with swimming pool for 4 people with a living area of 100 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor is a living space with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with access to the terrace, a double bedroom with access to the terrace, en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is one bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
