Full of charm !!! this magnificently decorated “premium” apartment benefits from high ceilings where a mezzanine is nestled (not accessible), equipped with 2 TV screens (including 1 in the bedroom), a space with a desk and internet access .
It is located on the upper floor of a small group of houses nestled on the edge of the maquis, among pretty pines and cork oaks, with the advantage of having its private parking at the foot of the apartment. The day area, with pretty exposed panels, is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a beautiful solid oak central table and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for your stay; fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, capsule coffee maker, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, etc. Continuing on, the protected and well-exposed terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the gardens, with outdoor furniture, table, armchair, deckchairs, etc.
The beautiful, very cozy bedroom, also with high ceilings and a window overlooking the scrub and pine trees, has a large comfortable bed and a flat screen television integrated into numerous really practical storage spaces.
The bathroom, which is very functional, includes a large shower, a vanity unit with storage, a mirror and a hairdryer, laundry basket, as well as a wall-hung toilet.
You will be warmly welcomed at the concierge at the entrance to the residence, cleaning services and bed linen are included in the rates.
You have access to the gardens of the residence, the pool house where you can share a drink, enjoy a pancake or taste a delicious ice cream, while relaxing on the deckchairs and under the parasols of the very large and magnificent 350 m2 swimming pool. Continental breakfast (optional) is served from 7:30 a.m., near the swimming pool. You also have on-site laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer), a ping-pong table, and bicycle rental at reception which is open every day in season.
