We offer this charming 70 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool for rent in Montreuil-Bellay, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
