This residence is made up of small semi-detached villas that are either single-storey or, in some cases, one-storey.
Situated in the heart of the pine forest, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful vacation yet be close to everything.
A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path through the pine forest. You'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagents/tobacconist, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants and straw huts.
You'll also find a range of water sports on the beach, including jet-skiing, towed buoys, banana boats and pedal-boats.
The port center is a 15-minute walk away.

You'll find a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) overlooking the terrace, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher) and dining area.
A ground-floor bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe/storage space.
On the mezzanine you'll find a 90cm bed and a desk, as well as a bedroom with a 90cm bed and closet.
A large, shaded terrace with table and chairs opens directly onto the footpath and the pine forest.

Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
