Villa Dol comfortable, rustic villa situated on the edge of quiet village in green Istrian inland, with beautiful panoramic view on green hills.
The villa is located 7 km from nearest restaurant in village Sovinjak, while in 12km distant town Buzet there is a supermarket, bakery, atm, pharmacy, restaurants and other facilities. The closest beach is in Novigrad. This area is well-known for truffles, so it is possible to try various dishes with this noble mushroom in many local restaurants.
On 1000sqm Villa Dol offer to its guests an outdoor pool of 26sqm, three covered terraces with table and chairs for outdoor dining, tended garden and two parking spaces.
Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests on two air-conditioned floors with total surface of 210sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bed bedroom with bath/wc, one double bed bedroom with separate beds and bath/wc, and one separate toilet. On the first floor there's one more two-guests bedroom with a double bed, bath/toilet and a spacious terrace with nice panoramic view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
