Less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Balaton, this tasteful, contemporary flat is on the ground floor of a modern residence, with 4 other apartments.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The owners are keen to keep the residence as peaceful as possible so children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
The open-plan living area includes a dining table and a new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster. On the terrace outside there is another dining table and chairs, with a parasol, for relaxing meals al fresco.
In the shared garden there are sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a BBQ.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe, with another en suite bathroom.
Bathroom
Both bathrooms are en suite and fitted out with large showers, basins and WC’s.
The house also has a wellness centre which can be used for most of the year, except for June, July and August. This includes a jacuzzi, sauna and seating area.

Location
The apartment is on a quiet street in Badacsonytomaj, on the northern shores of Lake Balaton, surrounded by the Káli basin and popular spa towns. It is the ideal spot for people who want to rest, relax and recharge, but there is also plenty to do. The beach is a 17-minute walk and the boat dock is just 3km away, for trips out onto Hungary’s largest lake.
The apartment is within walking distance of several wineries where you can try delicious regional wines with a meal. The best local handmade or organic products are to be found at the Saturday market in Hegymagas (15 minutes). The weekend market at Káptalantóti (10 minutes) makes a great day out for the whole family.
Badacsonytomaj is between Zagreb (Croatia) and Budapest international airports. Both are 2 hours 30 minutes away by car.
