Please note that check-in is from 4-8 pm and check-out 8-10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. The property is accessible via a 1.3 km dirt road.
The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
Extra charges
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when used because of climate must be paid on the spot.
Electricity must be paid on the spot at €10 /day.
The cleaning fee of € 180 must be paid in cash on the spot upon arrival.
A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1.50/person/day for up to 5 days. Guests below 12 years old are exempt.
Location
The holiday retreat is located in the suggestive Crete Senesi area, just a few kilometres south of Siena, which is easily reachable in about 25 minutes of driving. Within a 10-minute drive from the rental, lies Ville di Corsano with food stores. Florence is 75 minutes away and is easily accessible. The coast of Tuscany for a dip in the beaches and sunshine is 80 minutes from the property. Within 30 minutes by car, immerse yourself in history at attractions like Parco Via Aretina, the National Museum of Etruscan Archaeology, and Siena’s enchanting scape with Torre del Mangia, Piazza del Campo, Fontebranda, Casa di Santa Caterina, and Piazza Salimbeni. Pisa is a 2-hour ride away, while Florence is a 90-minute drive from here, with the closest international airport.
