Ideally located in the La Parée district, just 150m from the seafront, this pleasant house with 110m² of living space comprises: entrance with cupboard, spacious living room with sitting area (table, chairs and sideboard), relaxation area (sofa, 2 armchairs, TV) and fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven) and separate WC.
Ground floor: master bedroom (180 x 200) with fitted closet and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with fitted closets (2 with 160 x 200 beds and one with 2 x 90 x 200 bunk beds), shower room and separate WC.

Fully enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, bench), gas barbecue and plancha, and awning.
Garage used as bike room with washing machine and dryer. Private parking space in front of the house.
