Excellent villa located in Ribamar, with spectacular sea views, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
It has a living room with sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), TV, fireplace and dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Outside the house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
It also has a washing machine, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, air conditioning and garage.
It is located in a condominium of 8 houses with a garden. There is a swimming pool in the condominium but CANNOT BE USED BY ACCOMMODATION GUESTS.
It is located right in front of the sea, 300m from the center of Ribamar, an area well known for having excellent restaurants, including seafood restaurants, and where you can also find several other offers in terms of commerce, such as: pharmacy, supermarket, barbecue, coffee, etc.
Praia dos coxos is 900m away, S. Lourenço beach is 1.4km away, Ribeira D'Ilhas beach is 2.5km away and the center of Ericeira is 6km away.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
