Discover the perfect harmony between comfort and nature with these 2 spacious, air-conditioned, bunk-beds nestled in Le Barcarès: a 6-person apartment and a 60m2 duplex for 7 people each.
Just a 10-minute walk from the beach and shops, you can also take advantage of a vast 1400m2 plot for an unforgettable vacation!
Two accommodations are available: an apartment and a duplex, each measuring 60m2.
The air-conditioned apartment comprises
- 22m2 living room
- A 10m2 kitchen
- Two bedrooms of 12m2 each
- A 6m2 shower room
- A separate toilet
- A private terrace adjoining the living room.
The air-conditioned duplex comprises:
- On the 1st level, an entrance with a staircase leading to the main 27m2 room, divided into a sleeping area and a kitchenette.
- Separated by a curtain, another 11m2 room with sleeping accommodation and a small shower room/WC. It's advisable to close the duplex shower door tightly when showering, to avoid seepage, as the shower tray is located just above the apartment's living room.
For parents with young children, please note that the duplex staircase has no railing on one side, but improvements are underway.
Please smoke only outside (terrace, garden), taking care not to throw your cigarette butts on the ground (ashtrays available).
A deposit of 500 euros in the form of an uncashed cheque must be given to the concierge on arrival, and will be returned to you on departure if everything is ok.
