In Arcachon's famous and typical Aiguillon district, on the port side, we offer you this very pleasant apartment (located on the 1st floor) with terrace and parking space.
This is how the apartment is laid out:
Space has been ideally optimized with an alcove double bed in the entrance hall, storage space, and nearby shower room with vanity unit, shower, towel dryer and toilet.
Living room: bay window overlooking terrace, fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, storage space, lift-up coffee table for dining.
Sofa-bed for 1 person.
Outside :
Furnished terrace of approx. 5m² to enjoy the calm of this neighborhood at any time of day. Just outside the residence, you'll find yourself facing the little port and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants of l'Aiguillon!
Supermarkets, fishmongers, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and tobacconists are all nearby, making this a lively neighborhood.

- Lazy harbor to discover the beautiful boats, calm life at l'Aiguillon just down the road. Just walk along the harbor and take the path along the beach to reach the heart of Arcachon in 15 minutes.

Enjoy all the attractions of the Bassin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bassin!
The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike...
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming ports: the port of La Teste awaits you, from Gujan, or at the Arcachon market, a 15-minute walk from the beach or from La Teste (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request).
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
Descend the Leyre, to the ornithological park at Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or on your own with your kayak!

- Bus line 3 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way: Plage des Arbousiers, Le Moulleau, Le Pyla, or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there in summer.
- Baita shuttle bus right next door

Parking :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, gated entrance with beeper, car any size.

- Bed made up on arrival, 4* hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, bath mats, tea towels.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we supply a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, toilet paper, shower gel and a few dishwasher tablets.
