In Douarnenez, we offer this 38 m² apartment with sea view, beach at the foot of the residence (direct access with no road to cross) and shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an 18 m² living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 5,000 m² shared garden.

The apartment is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a quiet residential area by the beach, next to the Thalasso center and close to bars, restaurants, shops...
