2 bedroom apartament close to the beach and the centre.
This nice flat is situated 2 minutes from the Carabeo beach and 6 minutes from the Balcon de Europa. It belongs to a building of only 4 flats with lift.
It has an entrance hall from where we have access to an interior patio of 15 m2 and to an open room with living room, dining room, kitchen and a large window that gives access to a nice terrace with a dining table, chairs and a sofa. The main bedroom has a double bed and a cosy balcony, the other bedroom has a trundle bed and a work area. Bathroom with shower.
The roof terrace, which is spectacular, has a swimming pool (open from May to October), sun loungers, chill-out area and 360º views of the sea, village and mountains.
