This residence is made up of small semi-detached villas that are either single-storey or, in some cases, one-storey.
A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path through the pine forest. You'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagents/tobacconist, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants and straw huts.
Also on the beach, you'll find everything you need for water sports: jet-skiing, towed buoys, banana boats, pedalos, etc.
The port center is a 15-minute walk away.

You'll find a large living room, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, 4 gas rings, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster).
First bedroom on ground floor with 140cm bed and closet.
Large bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC.
Upstairs you'll find a mezzanine with a small single bed, and a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed and storage space.
TV (French channels only).
On the terrace you'll find a table and chairs.
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 105 euros.

For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip on the agency's catamaran will be offered.
