In the Capellans area, the Hameau du Port residence comprises vacation homes with communal swimming pools just 900m from the Pont tournant beach.
This vacation villa comprises a living area with sofa and TV, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, a curtained-off sleeping area with bunk beds and a large mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds. The house also has two terraces, at the front and rear, with garden furniture.
Benefits of this seaside rental: dishwasher, television, parking, two terraces, through-home, collective pool access in summer (June to September). Please note that access to the pool is not guaranteed, given the current drought crisis and the corresponding prefectoral decree (see pyrenees-orientales.gouv.fr/Actualites).
End-of-stay cleaning included.
