At the entrance to the quiet Capellans area and in the immediate vicinity of the marinas and the swing bridge, the Hameau des Capellans residence offers vacation homes.
This summer house offers a living room with sitting area and TV, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a cabin with bunk beds and a bedroom with double bed.
The pluses of this seaside rental: private garden with furniture and barbecue, swimming pool reserved for the residence( open in summer Please note that access to the pool is not guaranteed, given the current drought crisis and the corresponding prefectoral decree (consult pyrenees-orientales.gouv.fr/Actualites) and the proximity of the Capellans shopping village, washing machine, dishwasher, television, parking. Tourist tax included.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
