This is a beautiful, exceptional property, located at the foot of Mont Pelée with views of the Pitons du Carbet, close to the many hiking trails around the town of La Trinité. The single-storey layout is ideal for people with or without disabilities. Those wishing to explore the lush vegetation of the north and discover the many hiking trails, the two nearby surfer beaches (Anse Charpentier and Plage des surfeurs), will be delighted! There's no unpleasant smell of sargasso to be found in this savannah breathed in by the trade winds. Several quiet beaches are within easy reach (Anse l'Étang - - Tartane bourg - Les raisiniers - L'autre bord - Anse Bonneville (plage des surfeurs)) and are ideal for swimming.
