It has a huge 1000m² garden. Just 150m from your rental property, you can take the Fréjus Télécabine up to the slopes.
This newly-renovated mountain studio features a mountain corner with two 80cm bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a spacious living room with rapido 160cm sofa bed and TV. A well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, multi-function oven, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster... The living room opens onto the balcony, offering an extraordinary view of the mountains and the large garden.
A large parking lot shared by all Concorde residences is at your disposal.
