The location
This apartment is located on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi, an emblematic site that marks the entrance to the fishing port. A great place to live, just a few minutes' walk from all amenities and the beach.

Grau du Roi's Boucanet beach lies to the west of the town center. It stretches from La Grande Motte to the beach on the right bank, covering almost 3 km of sand. There are two supervised areas on this beach. One before the CHU du Grau du Roi from La Grande Motte, near the Pinède du Boucanet, and the other on Boulevard Jean Bastide. Only the first area has been awarded the Handiplage label.
The general environment of this beach is pleasant, with a few small dunes and a good width of sand.
It's ideal for children, as the bathing area is gently sloping. You can walk a long way. There are also several private beaches with mattress rental nearby.
