Stay in the heart of Marseille in this new 71 m2 2-bedroom apartment located less than 2 min walk from the Catalans beach and its sublime sunset! The Vieux-Port metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Close to all amenities.
Space
Our 71 m2 apartment is located in Impasse Clerville, on the 1st floor with elevator of a semi-recent building. It's the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille! It's ideally located just 2 minutes' walk from the famous Plage des Catalans and less than 10 minutes' walk from Marseille's Old Port. The metro is a 15-minute walk away. The Palais du Pharo is 100 meters away.
The apartment features a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have everything you need for cooking with family and friends. The living room features a wooden dining table, a sitting area for relaxing and a large bay window giving access to a beautiful, spacious terrace. The apartment overlooks a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The apartment is air-conditioned.
The bathroom has a bathtub, vanity unit and toilet.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
A closed parking space is included in the rental price.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants (Les Akolytes, Chez Michel) and shops (Petit Casino, Carrefour) are close to the apartment.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Near our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants (Les Akolytes, Chez Michel) and bars (Les Bords de Mer) to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops (Carrefour and Petit Casino less than 6 minutes' walk away) for your shopping needs.
